New Position – Munich Research Centre

Congratulations to our Volkswagen Momentum Senior Fellow Dr. Avner Ofrath on his appointment as Visiting Professor of Transregional Jewish Cultures and Languages in the MENA Region and the Global Diaspora at the Center for Near and Middle Eastern Studies (CNMS) in Marburg.

Avner will remain with us as a Volkswagen Momentum Fellow until 30 September 2026 before taking up his new position on 1 October.

We are very happy for him and wish him every success in his new position!
